This time when i visited my folks at home ..my mom made Kappa and BEEF .. thats Tapioca and Beef mixed and cooked together ...
Freshly plucked Tapioca from my fathers vegetable patch
Tapicoca peeled and cut
The Kappa /Tapioca is washed thoroughly to as white as it can be ..Mean while the BEEF is boiling way HOT in gravy ...
After the beef is well done its drained and separated from the Gravy
Then the piece s of Tapioca is cooked in the same gravy the beef was made in ...
BEEF is then put back in to now mixture of beef gravy and tapioca MIXED AND DONE WELL ...
BEEF KAPPA or KAPPA BEEF .. any way you say it .. tasted damn good!!!!
